Well, some of my most loyal blog readers recently left from a visit to my new home, and I’d like to give them a little Ezra Shout Out. Adam and Courtney – can you hear it? Whoo, whoo!! That’s right. They are always digging on pictures and videos of me. I was very sad to see them go. Cried all the way home.
Well, I thought that when I heard the word “airplane” that I was, like, being included in that trip. Right? I mean, what kind of parent tells a 2 year old that “Adam and Courtney are getting on an airplane” and doesn’t expect the 2 year old to just hear the following words: “blah blah blah AIRPLANE AIRPLANE!!” C’mon Mom and Dad. Yes, of course, I was obviously very upset to see my friends go, but I mean I also thought I got to go on an airplane. I live in a very airplane obsessed two-year old mind.
That being said, while they were here, I did get to go into Washington, D.C. with them (and Mom, too) on Lincoln’s 200th birthday celebration. I saw a very impassioned tour by the park guide at the memorial. I mean, this guy was into this Lincoln guy! I’m still not sure exactly who this Lincoln character is but I did have my diaper changed in his big marble house… Why is the writing so big?
Oh, and here I am with Courtney at the Museum of American History receiving some edification:
This marks the second time I’ve been on the Mall. Most of you know that I was there for OBAMA’S swearing-in, right? I just love saying his name, just rolls right off of my tongue. They are constantly saying this guy’s name on NPR so I constantly just repeat it. Obama, Obama, Obama.
Plus, everyone else around was chanting too. Take a look:

Click the link for all of the pictures. I think my parents would have taken more but it was C-O-L-D that day. I was wearing about 6 layers. Plus, my parents attached a luggage tag to me ... in case I wandered off to try to find Obama. As you can imagine, I decided to stay put in my mom's arms....
See you soon!
