Food Update
Hello loyal readers... you might see me below and guess that I *still* love the sweet potato. Its true only now Mom gives it to me now in real, live actual pieces!!! Not out of a jar. I'm currently at a 10-13% actual sweet potato input ratio, that is the amount taken from the tray that actually makes it to my digestive track. The majority of the sweet potato may or may not land on my face.

Other recent "solid" solid foods include:
Banana
Broccoli
Tofu
Egg yolk
and
fake, organic Cheerios!!!
I'm not so into that mushy stuff now. I am all about the big boy foods.

Please send wrapping paper!
It doesn't matter what you put inside of it. Honest. Just check out this video of me below for proof. I think this was the first night of Chanukah.
Why are there candles burning behind me again?

I/O
Inside / Outside
Its time for a milestone update. This one was noted by my Mom who would know about these things. Apparently, I have now been on the "outside" more than I was on the "inside" - of Mom, that is, not State prison. I was paroled on February 26, 2007 - over 9 1/2 months ago. Isn't it crazy how time flies? I can remember the first time I saw a leaf, a ceiling fan or Mrs. Mustard's Baby Faces Book (which, incidentally, I am still looking at right now,
its a great book!) And here I am - a grizzled, veteran of the game of life. I know my own name, I know how what the stereo is to listen to my tunes and I cruise around in my patented crawl-scoot manuever. I mean, I think I've pretty much mastered it all - is there really any more to learn? I think I'm all grown up. I'll tell you one thing, if there is more to learn in life, then I must have a lot in store... don't ya think?

My Mom made us a homemade Baby Food Jar Menorah. I put up a photo of it on Night One too, though I have to admit I didn't really get "it" that first night. Now I am feeling like an old pro.

Last night was the 5th night of Chanukah and my parents had Uncle Eli and Aunt Chris over for dinner. Then they gave me some stuff which I thought was pretty cool.

I mean, get this, they gave me a cool ribbon and some wrapping paper. There may have been something inside but I didn't really notice.
I'm getting into this gift thing. I mean. its really unnecessary but thank you!
My parents keep trying to wrap up things I already own and pass them off as presents. They are so naive. Sigh. I try to tell them "Hey, guys, I've got object permanence. I recognize all this stuff" but I get so distracted by all this new stuff they give me. Wait, are they tricking me?!

Here is my Aunt Chris feeding me.... I think I'd rather pose for the camera though.

Turkey Day!!
My parents took me on an airplane again to go see my family in North Carolina. Specifically, my mom's mom who I call Mimi and my Uncle Brandon, Aunt Sally and Great Uncle Jimmy. It was pretty cool. I have to say that I am not quite sure what a turkey is yet. Its not in any of my books. I know dogs, cats, giraffes, hippos, hell, I even know what a mole is. I'm serious. Turkey. No idea.
So I ate some.
A wee bit. My first meat. Like ever. All my vegan friends are going to kill me but I couldn't help myself. Literally. Everything just goes in my mouth. The table, my toys, turkey, bananas, my dad's nose, my mom's toes, any thing I can fit my mouth around.
So, what is this thing I'm touching anyway?!?
Well, you can imagine my surprise (or can you?) when I found out that those moist, delicate morsels I ate came from that big bird above? Well, I am over it and I foresee a long carnivorous life ahead for me.
(Watch, I'll probably actually be a vegan after all...)
