Brooklyn Childrens Museum

The Brooklyn Children's Musuem is, well, totally awesome!

As you can see, they even have places where kids like me can pretend shop and pretend make L&B Spumoni Gardens pizza. Like any good kid from Brooklyn, I looooooooove pizza. (Sometimes I have even woken my parents up saying the word "pizza." I am finally starting to break out of my parent's obsessive "health food" lifestyle - ahhhhhh, the power of language.)

So, anyway here I am at pretend L&B's Spumoni Gardens.

As you can see I'm very busy.

Here's a da-pizza pie! I don't wanna hear no backtalk, eh? I worka all day on dees here pizza pie!

Then, I also went shopping so I could stock my pretend kitchen at home.

I may be 22 months old (can you believe it?) but I have lots of errands to run! I even have to check myself out!

"I see Mommy!"

This is my first sentence.

I am 21 months old. I woke up this morning and saw my mommy. So, I was just telling my dad that "I see Mommy." It was about 5:30 a.m. and, yes, I saw my mommy. Like my dad, she was also sleeping.

So, I just had to repeat my sentence, over and over again and .... louder and louder until someone lifted their head up and acknowledged me.

Here we are reading Brown Bear, Brown Bear together. You guys have GOT to read it. It made me laugh so hard!
